HI , the next move is to find the central locking module & make sure there is no water ingress. If that is fine remove door trims & check central locking solenoids are ok. If all that is ok unfortunately main agent is youre next stop. Please keep me informed.

My 54 plate xsara picasso 2.0 HDI central locking has recently stopped working either by the remote key fob or manually via the key, I can unlock/lock the drivers door manually but the only boot unlocks too,the passanger and rear doors have to be opened from the inside to unlock them!
The outside handle itself is held in place by a cast metal pin about 3 inches long, with flanges that ensure a cam turns when the handle is pulled and the cam links to the door release. The pin simply shears in two, disconnecting the handle from the cam, and the handle flops about uselessly. The part you need is that pin.
