The lighting used is way too bright that the film loses its identity as a horror film. I think what makes horror films so scary and ominous and especially the first five nights at Freddy's games is the lack of visibility. A lack of visibility really influences what we rely on for our fight or flight instincts.
Even looking back at 2020 it's almost felt like we're in 2014-2015 all over again, with so many cool projects and update in less than a year.
