Use low power mode to limit the CPU power to reduce heat. Turn off 5G on your iPhone and just switch it to LTE to save battery and reduce heat. Turn off background app refresh and location services (you can manually turn on location services when you need it). Turn off WiFi and Bluetooth if you're not using it.

It stayed at 100% until like a month ago and then in a month dropped from hundred to 94%. I use my phone around for about 6-7 hours screen-on time per day. 94% seems reasonable to me but i think my 11 dropped more rationally than this. But the extra capacity over 2815 counts cycles but doesnât toward reducing battery health. Thatâs why phones stay at 100% battery health for so long. Analytics would shed more light on this.
