Fallout 4 only has two DLC packs with new environments and maps for players to explore, only half of New Vegas' four. In addition, the DLC is much more compelling, and all connect to each other to create an overarching narrative that's almost enough to be a game by itself, whereas all of Fallout 4's DLC is fairly fragmented.
