Imagine the revenue wasted if DJI had to communicate and respond to every problem someone occurred! A battery for the mavic pro costs less than a $100cdn so why are you trying to get service? Maybe you still have warranty but I didn’t see that in your post. I had a DJI Phantom 3P a couple years ago. Warranty over. The gimbal stopped working.
